We were employed by R & C Youngs Properties Ltd to convert this old Police station building into 8No flats. The flats were built to a high spec with a Sound Proofing engineer to help with the acoustics between the flats. We passed the sound test with flying colours.

Flat 3 is where the old cells were kept, the heavy doors from the cells were reused in the communal  stairwells.

We will begin work on the beautiful town house in October 2022
