We started this project for Lion Properties to build 1no newbuild and converting 1no house into 2no.

The new build is complete and is currently lived in and the conversions are still being worked on and are nearly complete.

Houses are build to a high spec with Hardiplank external cladding giving a clean new house look. 

The newbuild is air source heating installed by Finn Geotherm and the conversions are to be Oil heating.

Plumbing on this project is being carried out by the clients own plumber Cutts & Son
